To call for the records and set aside the orders passed in Criminal Appeal No.177 of 2017, dated 19.09.2019, on the file of VI Additional Sessions Court, Madurai, Confirming the orders passed in S.T.C.No.221 of 2015, On the file of Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.2), Madurai, dated 09.10.2017.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.R.LAXMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no strong objection in allowing the petition.

2.Heard both side.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the respondent, within one week, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
