CMP(MD) No.9616 of 2023 Interim stay is granted on condition to deposit Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only), to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.44 of 2020, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Special Court for Forest Cases, Nagercoil), within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.
