ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's original application in O.A.No. 5 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the first respondent shall consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in O.A.No.5 of 2024 under Section 63 (E) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 within a period of six months.

3. Recording the same, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in O.A.No.5 of 2024 under Section 63 (E) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
