This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.08.2022, which is pending before the respondents.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner sent a complaint through online as against his brother and brother's wife. The petitioner was not appeared for enquiry and the same is pending.
3. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police and cooperate for enquiry. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.08.2022 and to conduct enquiry, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
