ORDER

This writ petition is filed as against the suspension order dated 02.03.2021 issued by the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment that the petitioner wants to engage a Senior Counsel in this matter.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was placed under suspension on 02.03.2021, subsequently, a charge memo was issued on 09.07.2021, enquiry officer was appointed and the enquiry is yet to be completed.

4.This writ petition is listed before this Court for the third time, i.e., it was listed on 07.10.2021, 22.12.2021 and today. Even the petitioner is not ready to proceed with the matter. 5.In view of the above, this Court without expressing anything on the merits of the writ petition, directs the third respondent to conclude the departmental proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if not, the suspension of the petitioner shall reviewed.

6.The writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
