ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action on the representation given by the petitioner on 10.10.2015 against the respondents 5 and 6.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he is the erstwhile secretary of the school, the fifth respondent is the secretary of the school and the sixth respondent is facing certain charges of misappropriation. It is submitted that the fifth respondent and the school management are hand in glove with the sixth respondent and therefore, the petitioner has given representation dated 10.10.2015 to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 and 6 which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. 4.Considering the above said facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.

2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 5 and 6, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
