(MD) No. 10633 of 2020, Dated. 13.10.2020 from signing before the District Crime Branch, Madurai to signing before the Chekkanurani Police Station, Chekkanurani, Madurai. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.LAXMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.10633 of 2022 dated 13.10.2020.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner got anticipatory bail in two cases pertaining to Crime Nos.44 of 2022 (Crl.OP(MD)No.3031 of 2022) and 37 of 2019 (Crl.OP(MD)No.10633 of 2020). In both cases, she was directed to report before the concerned respondent Police, ie., Chekkanurani Police Station and DCB, Madurai respectively. According to the petitioner, she find some sort of difficulty in complying conditions. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, in both cases, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear and sign before the DCB, Madurai daily at 10.30AM, until further orders and other conditions in the said order remains unaltered. sd/- 23/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / /09/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
