ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 176 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR in Crime No. 176 of 2022 has been registered, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam and the same was taken on file as C.C.No. 2285/2022.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
