THE HONOURABLE MRS.JUSTICE PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA AND THE HONOURABLE MRS.JUSTICE S.KANNAMMAL C.M.A(MD)Nos.731 & 732 of 2019 and C.M.P(MD)No.9395 of 2019 Balasubramanian ... Appellant/Respondent/ Petitioner in both C.M.As'

Vs.

Geetha ... Respondent/Petitioner/ Respondent in both C.M.As'

Common Prayer: Civil Miscellaneous Appeals filed under Section 19 of the Family Court, 1984, against the order and decreetal order, dated 23.08.2017 made in I.A.Nos.25 and 26 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.225 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. For Appellant : No appearance (in both C.M.As') For Respondent : No appearance (in both C.M.As') COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) As the erstwhile learned counsel appearing for the appellant reported 'no instructions', pursuant to which, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the appellant and the same was returned. The bailiff has also made an endorsement 'left'. Therefore, the name of the appellant was directed to be printed in the cause-list.

The respondent has also not appeared through counsel and her name is also printed in the cause-list. It appears that both the parties are not interested in prosecuting the appeals. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
