ORDER :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.SHIVASHANKARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time for depositing 50% of the award amount with accrued interest and costs to the credit of MCOP No.6 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Sub Court), Thoothukudi.
