Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide his Proceedings in Petition No.2 of 2016, dated 19.06.2014, and consequential Impugned Order of the 3rd Respondent vide his proceedings in Petition No.1 of 2024, dated 23.06.2025, and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed, challenging the order of eviction passed by the Revenue Court under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants Protection Act,1955.
2. The petitioner has got a remedy of revision before the High Court under Section 6-b of the said Act. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD) Nos.14087 and 14088 of 2025 are closed.
