2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police have filed CC.No.3 of 2021 against the petitioner/A3 and other and according to the petitioner, even though the charge sheet is filed in the year 2021, the trial could not be proceeded with on account of the fact that the summons against the accused No.1 are not served so far.
3.Considering the circumstances, this Petition is disposed of by directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Tiruchirapalli to instruct the respondent police suitably for getting the summons against the accused No.1 served and on appearance of the accused No.1, the trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.3 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the accused No.1.
