ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the Government Advocate for the first respondent.
2.The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the respondents 2 to 8 on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
