ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.
2.The petitioner seeks changes in FMB. He seeks this relief based on the petition mentioned civil Court decree in respect of the petition mentioned survey number. He has given a representation dated 11.06.2022. 2/4
3.The third respondent shall enquire into the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall put the fifth respondent on notice before passing final order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
