ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the second and third respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 18.08.2021 to the first respondent. He wants it to be expeditiously considered. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order.
