DHANABAL,J The petition is filed to amend the above Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7685 of 2026 to the extent of mentioning the U/s.191(2), 191(3) 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and 4 of TNPHW Act in Cr.No.156 of 2026 on 23.03.2026 instead of U/s. 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and 4 of TNPHW Act in Cr.No.156 of 2026 on 23.03.2026 and to the extent of mentioned the satisfaction Court of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul instead of learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul wherever it is found in the petition.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this miscellaneous petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
