PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody 1/3

on 10.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 109 and 170 IPC, Sections 12(1)(b), 12(1A) and 12(2) of Passport Act, Section 14C of Foreigners Act and Sections 66(c), 66(D) of IT Act, in Crime No. 1 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused have obtained forty eight fake passports by creating fake ID Proofs. Hence the case. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the nature of allegations, which are made as against the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner was arrested only on 10.07.2024, for the present I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 06/08/2024 / TRUE COPY / / 08 /2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
