In view of the innocuous relief, which is prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition to expedite the trial in O.S.No.232 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Thanjavur, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondent on the following terms: (i)The learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, is requested to take up the suit in O.S.No.232 of 2023 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
