This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent police to take necessary action against 1/4

the 3rd and 4th respondents, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.03.2022.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint, dated 22.03.2022 given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.82 of 2022 was given and now it is under enquiry. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.03.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
