ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against her husband that he has forcibly taken the children from her custody.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.121 of 2025 and the respondent Police have also enquired into the petitioner's complaint and found that the children are with the petitioner only. With regard to other averments in the complaint, they have referred the matter to the Social Welfare Officer.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the Social Welfare Officer. The 2/4

respondent Police shall ensure that the petitioner's husband appears before the Social Welfare Officer. No costs.
