(MD) No. 2416 of 2022, Dated. 15.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 8569 of 2021 Dated. 05.01.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 am,until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SUSI KUMAR.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2416 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8569 of 2021 on 15.02.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9885 of 2022 No.2416 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8569 of 2021 on 15.02.2022 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
