ORDER
The petitioner had submitted an application for issuance of separate patta.
2.The third respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to all the interested parties. Such an order shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
