ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to rectify the guideline value from zero to the actual value and classification of land to petitioner's name in Survey No. 468/5B at Karuvanallur Village, Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District, as per the revenue records by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 14.05.2025. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the property belongs to PACL. To this effect, the he has also submitted the written instructions issued by the respondents. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner vehemently contended that the said property does not belong to PACL, since the encumbrance certificate reflects the petitioner's name till now. 4.

This Court is not entertaining the plea, since this has to be considered in detail. Therefore, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.05.2025 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
