O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to cancel the sale deed registered as Document No.4829/2016 dated 06.10.2016 based on the representation made by the petitioner on 08.09.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the sale deed has been registered by showing wrong boundaries. According to the petitioner, the document that has been executed in favour of the 4th respondent should be cancelled on this ground.

4.In the considered view of this Court, the respondents cannot

cancel the sale deed on the ground that has been raised by the petitioner. If, according to the petitioner, there is a wrong mention of the boundaries to the property, the same should be agitated only before the competent forum and not before the office of the Sub Registrar. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
