ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8153 of 2020 on 13.08.2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.41 of 2019 and filed the closure report as 'Mistake of Fact' before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P(MD)No.1426 of 2021 Madurai, on 10.10.2020 and RCS notice is also served on the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this Contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the RCS notice in the manner known to law.
