Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ABDUL RAHUMAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8131 of 2020, dated 06.08.2020.

2.It is seen that the order was passed by this Court 06.08.2020 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Further the reasons given by the learned counsel for the petitioner for not complying with the conditions in the affidavit is not satisfactory.

3. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
