ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent to rectify the Mistakes in Birth Certificate and to issue a fresh certificate based upon the representation dated 01.07.2025 with in time Stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that at the time of delivery, the petitioner had no one to assist her. Therefore, she sought help of a neighbour, who inadvertently provided incorrect particulars, which were subsequently entered in the birth certificate. The petitioner is now seeking to rectify the said error.
3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With these observations, this writ petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
