ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned District Munsif, Musiri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.105 of 2016, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondent.

3. The respondent / plaintiff filed a suit for permanent injunction in O.S.No. 105 of 2016, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri and the same is pending for the past four years without any progress. The revision petitioner / defendant is aged about 90 years.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the revision petitioner / defendant is a Senior Citizen, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Musiri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.105 of 2016, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than, six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
