For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.422 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) r/w 109 IPC, in Crime No.422 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, there was a wordy quarrel arose between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, in which, the petitioners said to have abused the defacto complainant by using filthy language and also attacked her with hands and caused simple injury.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD).No.15011 of 2020 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the first petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. He further submitted that the second petitioner is also having seven previous cases and the third petitioner is also having two previous cases. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 7.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 17/12/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
