C.R.P.(MD) No.1798 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI , J.

By order dated 01.08.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in OS No.372 of 2022 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.259/2025, dated 31.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 01.08.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 01.08.2024.
