ORDER
The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.652 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thriumangalam, had filed this petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial within a time frame.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the final report was filed in the year 2022, there is no progress in the trial.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the case is posted for trial on 12.08.2025 and summons has also been issued to L.W.1 to L.W.3. 4.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side. 5.The grievance of the petitioner is that the case, which was registered in the year 2017, has not reached its finality. Now, it is reported that the trial commenced and summons has also been issued. 2/4
The respondent Police is directed to produce all the witnesses on 12.08.2025 without fail. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thriumangalam is expected to conclude the trial in C.C.No.652 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
