Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent joint director vide her impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.NO.4092/A2/2019 dated 12.3.2020 quash the same in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to disburse the grant in aid towards their salary and other attendant benefit w.e.f 17.6.2009 in the light of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent granting appointment approval to the petitioners.

ORDER

Alleging that the interim order of this Court in W.M.P(MD) Nos.5857 and 5858 of 2020 in W.P(MD)No.6520 of 2020, dated 09.06.2020 and 21.07.2020, has not been complied with, the petitioners have come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that in view of the interim order granted by this Court, the Director of Collegiate Education, Chennai, has cancelled the impugned order, dated 12.03.2020 and the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
