RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.10558 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m for a period of two weeks instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SATHISHKUMAR.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.10558 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to

appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, for a period of one month. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is a practising Advocate, he was unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.
