This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to appoint a competent officer/ authority/observer to conduct election for appointing new office bearers for our Virudhunagar District Badminton Association, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar, for the year 2023-2024 and also to carry out the name of the upcoming new office bearers in their records and in the official web-site of the 2nd respondent by considering their written representation dated 09.06.2023 served on the respondents hereto within the time limit as stipulated by this Court. 2/5

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent has produced the proceedings dated 23.06.2023 in which it is stated that the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2023 was already rejected on the ground that Tamilnadu badminton Association is not recognized by Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu and as per the norms of the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, it is not feasible to depute an observer for the General Body Meeting and Election of Office Bearers.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. The second respondent is directed to communicate the said proceeding to the petitioner to enable him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
