Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition-mentioned lands. In the UDR, it has been mentioned that the said lands are subject to Land Ceiling Laws.

3. The petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the second respondent setting out all the particulars and wording the prayer appropriately. The second respondent will conduct enquiry and forward the necessary proposal to the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent shall pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks after receipt of proposal from the second respondent. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
