2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions categorically states that there is no proposal to construct any retaining wall in the petition mentioned survey number. The said submission is recorded. Since the concerns of the petitioner have been redressed, there is no need to pass any further order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
