ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has given an application dated 16.08.2022 to the second respondent. He wants it to be expeditiously considered. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
