O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case in Crime No.338 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) IPC and after filing final report, there is continuous harassment at the hands of the second respondent herein.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that since the petitioner is facing charge under Section 302 IPC, for the purpose of initiation proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C only, he has been enquired.

4. If any proceedings has been initiated against the petitioner, he can either challenge the same or face enquiry by appearing before the authorities. The question of harassment at this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. With the above said liberty and direction, this petition is disposed of.
