Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/42/2014, dated 09.04.2014 and the subsequent order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.P4/5728/2014, dated 11.08.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to close the TASMAC shop No.6868 situated in Main Road, New Bus Stand, Thondi, Ramanathapuram District.

[Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to shift the TASMAC Shop No.6868, situated at Main Road, New Bus Stand, Thondi, Ramanathapuram District, thereby setting aside the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/42/2014, dated 09.04.2014 and the subsequent order passed by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.P4/5728/2014, dated 11.08.2014.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the TASMAC has produced a letter from the District Manager of TASMAC Limited, Ramanathapuram, in Na.Ka.No.A2/6868/2016, dated 26.11.2016, wherein the District Manager has stated that as of now an alternative place for housing the Shop No.6868 is being searched for and as soon as an alternative building is fixed, the shop would be shifted from the present location. The said statement is recorded. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to shift the TASMAC Shop No.6868 from the present location within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
