ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to give credit of a sum of Rs.1,41,95,775/- towards the costs of the buildings, steel shed, labour quarters, raw materials, etc., in the petitioner's loan account No.783182737, M/s.RLS Alloys Private Limited and after appropriation of the said amount, release the residential building of the petitioner situated in S.Nos.7/1 and 7/2, Door No.61-A at Azad Nagar, 3rd Street, Ramani Lakshmi Ammal Illam, K.K.Nagar, K.Sathanur SRO, Tiruchirappalli District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2021.

2.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 13.09.2021 to the respondent to give credit of a sum of Rs.1,41,95,775/- towards the costs of the buildings, steel shed, labour quarters, raw materials, etc., in the petitioner's loan account No.783182737. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 3.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Bank, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2021 will be considered on merits and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for herein, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the respondent Bank to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2021 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
