The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to comply with the order in Cr.M.P.No.3081 of 2019, dated 25.06.2019, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and to take action against the accused.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a F.I.R., and the learned Judicial Magistrate, by an order dated 25.06.2019, directed the respondent police to register a F.I.R., based on the complaint and make an investigation and file a report as per law. But so far no investigation has been conducted and no final report has also been filed. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that already entire investigation is over and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, on 19.08.2019.
