Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2019 thereby making steps to enter the petitioner's name in the 'A' register regarding the property in Ward C, Block 4, T.S.No.27, at Kodaikanal Taluk, Nadiupuram, Kodaikanal, Dindigul.

ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 25.07.2019, thereby, making steps to enter the petitioner's name in the 'A' register regarding the property in Ward C, Block 4, T.S.No.27, at Kodaikanal Taluk, Nadiupuram, Kodaikanal, Dindigul. 2.Heard Mr.U.Antony Santhosh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admissions stage itself.
4.In order to register the name of the petitoner and other coowners of the property in Ward C Block 4, T.S.No.24, situated in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.18695 of 2019 Kodaikanal Taluk, Nadiupuram, Kodaikanal, Dindigul, at the 'A' register, the petitioner has made a representation dated 25.07.2019 to the respondents, especially, the third respondent. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation is directed to be decided by the third respondent, within a time frame on merits, the petitioner would be satisfied. 5.I have heard Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2019 would be decided on merits by the third respondent, within a time frame. 6.I have considered the said submissions made by both sides.
Since the prayer sought for herein is innocuous in nature, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following directions:- "that the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the co-owners of the property in question and pass final order thereon, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
7.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
