ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition, on this day coming on for reporting compliance of the order dated 14.10.2022 and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the order dated 14.10.2022 and hearing the arguments of Mr. A. Kesavan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. Nambiselvan Additional Public Prosecutor, for the 1st respondent, this Court made the following order:

"The criminal original petition filed by the petitioners was allowed on condition that they should deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) to the account of the Panchayat through the Office of 1/3

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District and the case was posted for reporting compliance, on 10.11.2022. 2.Accordingly, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, had reported the compliance through the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli and the same is recorded.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in the order, dated 14.10.2022, made in this petition, it is stated that Mr.N.Thinakaran, Advocate appeared for the second respondent herein. On such date, no Counsel appeared for the second respondent. Mr.N.Thinakaran, only appeared in the connected matter in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14945 of 2022.

4.On verification, it is found that no vakalat had been filed for the second respondent. Therefore, Registry is directed to remove the appearance for the second respondent and issue a fresh order copy."
