2025, on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation reveals that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he is not an accused in Crime No.315 of 2025 and therefore they have deleted this petitioner's name in Crime No.315 of 2025. An alteration report has been filed to that effect. A copy of the alteration report is also placed before this Court.
