To call for the entire records relating to the impugned order in C.A.No.96 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Srivilliputtur dated 18.04.2022 confirming the judgment of conviction made in C.C.No.53/2007 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivilliputtur dated 18.07.2011 and set aside the same and acquit the petitioner from the charges leveled against him.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5912 of 2022 in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.455 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.9739 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
