ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.70640 / M2/151, dated 14.12.2015, on the file of the first respondent and quash same and consequently, direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue the service in Mobile Veterinary Unit, Thirunelveli.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
