..Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in the impugned order, dated 21.07.2015, in S.A.No.175 of 2011 and quash the same and allow the S.A.No.175 of 2011 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to handover the mortgaged title deeds to the petitioner.
