When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the review application filed by the petitioner on 13.02.2020 has been considered and order has also been passed by the first respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
