Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent herein in his proceedings in MD/MDU/1614930/Enf C/M-13/19, dated 15.12.2019 and consequential recovery notice issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in MD/MDU/DO/DGLMDMDU161493/CP1/M13/2020, dated 01.12.2020 and quash the same and consequentially direct the first respondent herein to dispose the review application filed by the petitioner dated 13.02.2020.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the review application filed by the petitioner on 13.02.2020 has been considered and order has also been passed by the first respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
