The second respondent/ defacto complainant has lodged a complaint as against A1 in Crime No. 25 of 2024 that he he had a physical relationship with her, by 1/3

promising to marry and thereafter cheated her. The defacto complainant said to have reported the same to these petitioners, who are the parents of A1, for which these petitioners/A2 & A3 have criminally intimidated the defacto complainant. The case, which was registered as against these petitioners along with A1 is pending before the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul in PRC No.54 of 2025. The petitioners have filed an application to quash the above proceedings and filed this Miscellaneous Petition to dispense with the personal appearance of these petitioners before the trial Court. 2.Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), takes notice for the first respondent.

3.Issue notice to the second respondent returnable in three weeks. Private notice is also permitted. Post the matter after three weeks. 4.The personal appearance of the petitioners before the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul in connection with PRC No.54 of 2025 is dispensed with for the present.
