Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to conduct a peace committee meeting regarding, conducting of the Mulaipari procession at Arulmigu Ulagamman, Arulmigu Mandhaipidari Amman Temple, Orivayal Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and further directing the respondents 1 to 5 to grant necessary permissions to celebrate the temple festival scheduled to be conducted from 06.08.2024 to 14.08.2024 considering the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2024 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.
